Christoph Siegelin is Marketing and Business Development Director in the Financial Services and Retail Segment at Gemalto. His mission is to develop and promote Gemalto’s products and services offering, define value propositions and advise customers on the implementation of their card programs.
Christoph joined Bull CP8 (which became part of Schlumberger in 2001) in 1997 as Software Architect, where he distinguished himself with the launch of smart cards for 3G mobile telecommunications in Japan. In 2002, he was appointed Head of Worldwide Product Marketing in the Banking & Loyalty division. His creative skills have led to his team developing differentiating products, including innovative plastics and contactless payment cards.
Christoph holds a master in electrical engineering from University of Stuttgart in Germany and a Ph.D. in computer engineering from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications in France.
